Ghanaian musician, Shatta Wale, recently shed light on the origins of his feud with Afrobeats sensation, Burna Boy.

During a candid interview, Shatta Wale disclosed that he and the Grammy Award-winning artist were once close associates before their relationship soured.


Shatta Wale elaborated, stating, "Burna Boy was informed by one of my acquaintances, whom I had dismissed, that I had engaged in a romantic liaison with his partner. Given our camaraderie, he should have contacted me directly."


Shatta Wale attributed the onset of their discord to the moment when Burna Boy was informed by a mutual associate that Shatta Wale had allegedly been involved with his significant other. 


He expressed disappointment that instead of addressing the matter with him directly, Burna Boy chose to discuss it with others, leading to a breakdown in their relationship.
